Leadership Wisdom from Coach Paterno

“Go to the ball! It takes no talent to hustle! Give a little bit more and you’ll be successful”

Those are words from Joe Paterno, the Hall of Fame football coach at Penn State University. Coach Paterno has more wins than any other college football coach in Division I history (over 400). He has coached at Penn State for over 45 years and is one of the greatest coaches in the history of the sport.
